Weekly Exercise Classes

8 am Tuesdays and Thursdays over zoom

Join Dr. Melissa Hakim as she leads group exercise, interval classes. The classes are varied and there are always low impact options available, making the classes great for all skills levels. It is a fun group and a great way to start your day! Stay motivated with group exercise.
