How Does Wellness Coaching Work?
Hakim Health Partners meets with you one-on-one to understand your needs and goals – whether it’s a new resolution or doctor’s orders. We help you control what you can control and prioritize what needs to happen.
Resolutions and life changes are huge goals. We work together to map out a plan of small achievable goals. We’ll create a weekly target and a three-month objective. We help you reach your goals by holding you accountable.
During each meeting, we’ll work on positive phrasing and focus on what you do accomplish. We’ll talk about how you accomplished forward movement and what works for you.
We want you to enjoy good health as you age. It doesn’t matter what age you start!
