Just More Plants is a program designed to help you take that first step in incorporating more plant-based foods into your lifestyle.

Taking the first step to change your eating habits can be difficult. Where do you start? What do you buy at the grocery store? How do you get your protein?

We are here to answer all of your questions and to set you up for success.

Each month's classes will be focused on a different theme. Examples of themes include cooking from your pantry, the grocery haul, the benefit of spices, healthy snacks, more than a salad, meat substitutes - are they the way to go?, and more.

We don't believe in diet culture. We believe in creating healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Program includes:
1 educational, 30 minute class a month
1 cooking demonstration a month
Access to our exclusive Facebook group where members can share their progress and recipes

Classes will be the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at noon. Sessions will be recorded and sent out to those who can't join us!

Individual, private consultations are available for additional charges.


$50 a month
$40 a month for current clients (clients include those in our exercise, health coaching, and health advocacy programs)
